What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store financial account details, identity documents, payment card data or trading credentials. There is no account system on this site, so there is no profile attached to your reading.

What is stored on your device

Your display preference (light or dark mode) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Technical and analytics data

Our hosting infrastructure processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested page and timestamp — for security and delivery purposes. Where aggregate analytics are used, they are configured to measure page popularity rather than to identify individuals.

Live market prices shown in the ticker are requested from a public third-party price feed. That request is made by your browser, so the provider may see your IP address as with any external resource.

Retention

Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operational diagnostics, then discarded. We hold no long-term personal database because the site's function does not require one.

Your choices

You can clear local storage to reset your theme preference, block third-party requests in your browser to disable the live price feed, or use any privacy extension you prefer — the site's content remains fully readable either way.
